About Nicole Welsh MS

I’m Nicole Welsh — I am an Integrative Clinical Nutritionist based in Los Angeles.

I earned my Master’s Degree in Integrative Health & Nutrition and am completing supervised practice hours toward the Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS) credential through the American Nutrition Association — a nationally recognized advanced certification in personalized Medical Nutrition Therapy.

My journey into this field began with my own diagnosis of an aggressive hereditary cancer in my early twenties. That experience gave me a profound reverence for my body’s inherent capacity to adapt and heal with the right inputs, and ignited a deep desire to help others find clarity, balance, and partnership on their health journey.

In the aftermath of that diagnosis, I found myself overwhelmed and searching for a more comprehensive approach to healing. Living in Los Angeles, I was drawn to every diet, healer, supplement, and alternative modality the wellness world had to offer. I explored them all, to my complete exhaustion. I began to wonder if there was a simpler way: one grounded in evidence, yet honoring my own intuitive knowing. What started as curiosity and a search for answers evolved into a deeper attunement and renewed trust in myself.

While my health journey continues to evolve, I have become adept at deciphering complex information, weighing expert perspectives, and uncovering underlying drivers.

Whether you are navigating a chronic condition, hoping to prevent one, or simply dreaming of a long life in good health – I would be honored to join you on your journey.
